Day 1 Monday Plan

I will be doing intermittent fasting today so I will not eat until 4:00 pm. I will drink lots of water and the 12 oz Verve Burn energy drink. 9:00-10:00 am – “Buns and Guns” Exercise class with Lycia Weber – 3000 steps. Drank lots of water. Drank 12 oz Verve Burn Protein and Energy drink – www.BodePro.com. 3:00 pm – 7000 more steps. 4:00 pm – ate salad with shrimp. Can’t wait to get on the scales tomorrow morning!

It’s all about discipline. I am an accomplished piano/keyboard player because of years of discipline. I lost 100 lbs because of discipline. I am focused on this last 25 lbs and my motivation is high so I am ramping up the discipline while the motivation is up. They work hand in hand.
